Purpose - The concept of time and quality management is highly correlated to project performance and success. The importance of adopting appropriate tools and techniques of managing project communication can be understood through the delivery of high-quality services. The aim of the current study is to identify appropriate ways of communication between the project manager and its stakeholders that support in delivering high quality and managing timescale.Methodology – The analysis of the topic is conducted through a qualitative research of books and journal as presented by the existing researchers. The existing database is used to present necessary information.Findings - The research paper provides the importance of ‘communication as a tool in maximizing the quality of project deliverables and completing it within the required time frame.Conclusion- The tools of formal and informal communication are mandatory to the proper understanding of project information and improving the project success rate.
