The impact of the transactional analysis and of the emotional intelligence on the sales performance
This paper aims to bring forth the transactional analysis and the emotional intelligence as tools in order to achieve the sales performance. These two concepts that are relatively new will help us approach in another manner the sales process. I chose this topic because I consider that the two concepts are very useful in the current economic context and in the attempt to evolve professionally. The study aims to reveal the fact that the emotional intelligence can play a significant role in the sales performance, both at individual level, as well as at the team level.
