The Influence of Discipline, Self Regulation, and Self Effication on the Learning Independence of Students Faculty of Economics UNJ

The independence of learning is jointly influenced by the discipline, self-regulation, and self-efficacy of students. Students' learning independence makes it possible for them to solve the problems faced in their learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, self-regulation, and self-efficacy on the learning independence of students of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ. This study uses a quantitative approach using 100 respondents who are samples of all study program students at the Faculty of Economics, UNJ. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using SPSS software. This study indicates that partially, self-discipline and self-regulation affect learning independence, while self-efficacy does not affect learning independence. As well together, discipline, self-regulation, and self-efficacy affect learning independence. Therefore, based on these results, educators need to create engaging, creative, and interactive learning. Students' formation needs to be guided so that discipline and self-regulation, and self-efficacy can be well-formed
