The Influence Of Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation, And Peer Environment On Learning Achievement In Office Administration Education Students

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation, and Peer Environment on Student Achievement in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees as many as 132 respondents with sampling using random sampling technique by calculating the Slovin formula so that a sample of 129 respondents was obtained. Data collection uses an online questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely learning facilities, learning motivation, and peer environment on the dependent variable, namely learning achievement
