The Influence of the Work Environment, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the London School of Public Relation Jakarta Campus

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work environment, discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) Jakarta campus. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees at LSPR as many as 125 respondents with sampling using random sampling technique by calculating the Slovin formula which resulted in 95 sample respondents. Collecting data using online questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software application. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely the work environment
