Because in the specialised financial theory the notion of structure can be found under various forms, the present work wishes to accomplish a classification of structures according to specific criteria. Our approach does not limit itself to establishing conceptual delimitation but also aims at formulating an original opinion regarding the financial structure of the enterprise and its possibilities of optimisation.
