The study aims to investigate the moderating effects of two types of Perceived Organisational Support (Monetary and Opportunities expectations and Acknowledgement expectations) on the relationship between two types of Member-Member Exchange (Help Exchange and Task Exchange), Leader-Member Exchange, and Team Performance. This research's main theoretical contribution is a better understanding of the significant roles of determinant factors (Passion for Help in Member-Member Exchange 1, Innovatively Making Jobs Easy in Member-Member Exchange 2, and Leader-Member Exchange) on Team performance. From a practical perspective, testing results may help managers to attain sustainability and foster supportive work environments that enhance positive relationships between Leaders, Team members, and the Organisation to promote Team effectiveness and Performance. The significant findings utilising PLS-SEM acts as an essential moderator, Monetary and Opportunities Expectations of Perceived Organisational Support, Acknowledgement Expectations of Perceived Organisational Support 2 is critical in regulating the link between Leader-Member and Passion for Help in Member-Member Exchange 1, Innovatively Making Jobs Easy in Member-Member Exchange 2 interactions and Team Performance. Consequently, the result provides information on the strategy that has the potential to create maximum value for the organisation’s performance. The study's ramifications, limitations, and suggestions for future research are then discussed
