The paper deals with primary orientation of industrial technological progress, what new technologies are to be developed in the PRC, how to promote innovation of industrial technology etc. The author thinks that every enterprise of the country should be free to take the initiative in industrial technological innovation and fully develop its potential.(DÜI-Sen)
