'The One Who Tied the Bell on the Tiger Can Take it Off' - the Answer to the 'Centenary Puzzle' of the Logic of Capital - a Critique of the Political Economy

CAPITAL is a work of logic; but the conclusions of Capital keep a great distance from that of the reality. However, the academic circles have not yet discovered the real origin of the logical defect in CAPITAL, which has been a logical puzzle perplexing the academic circles for more than a century. Being inspired by a Chinese proverb, the writer attempts to make a fresh start by seeking for the clues Marx left and imitating the methods Marx used to solve the puzzle. The origin of the logical defect occurs in the very beginning of Volume One of CAPITAL. Marx fails to recognize that the concept of use-value has two kinds of connotations, one is the usefulness, and the other is the utility. That is why Marx neither realizes that the twofold character of labor is a particular from of the twofold character of resources, nor does he knows the existence of twofold character of demand. Thus he misses the opportunity of establishing a symmetric logical strunture of commodity. But the progressive logical deductions are based on that fundamental structure. so CAPITAL bears the imprint of idealism color though Marx himself is the founder of dialectical materialism. Using four diagrams, the writer shows how the intrinsic motive force of CAPITAL replicates and repirs itself toward a more vigorous and balanced logical structure. Acctually Marx paved the way to solve the centenary puzzle and to reveal an elegant logical structure of the economy. But this time, negation of negation, the law of dialectial logic, applies to Marx's system appropriately
