THE PRODUCTIVITY OF RESOURCES – PARTS OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH – AS A BASIC DETERMINANT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The necessity and basis for measuring the productivity of resources in a broad sense in terms of components of national wealth, including human and natural resource potential, fixed capital, financial capital elements that influence the amount of wealth, social potential and environmental capital, considering the division of national wealth into the capital and the untapped potential, to improve the formation efficiency and implementation of sustainable development strategies are substantiated. The peculiarities of the productivity and profitability of resources in the world are highlighted. Ways to increase the resource efficiency of the Ukrainian economy are suggested.
