The proposals of ABI and Confindustria to modify the legislative decree n. 231/2001

The legislative decree n. 231/2001 had a significant influence on corporate behaviour with regard to the prevention of economic crimes, to the self-analysis of risks and to the review of organizational processes. However, the ambiguity of some rules and the heterogeneity of case law have been a source of uncertainty for companies and called for discussions to identify some possible changes to make the rules itself more balanced. The joint proposals of Confindustria and ABI face some critical questions through the definition of guidelines and a constant, updated information.
