On the Prospects for the Implementation of the SDGs in the Context of the Global Crisis : The Search for New Formats of Cooperation and Sources of Funding

The relevance of the topic of the report is due to the adoption in 2015 by the United Nations (UN) of a new global agenda for the period up to 2030, containing seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - universal guidelines for subsequent development for all countries of the world without exception. The key issue in this regard remains the problem of a critical shortage of investment in low-carbon energy, the creation of basic social infrastructure, affordable health care and education, sustainable land use, urban development and other significant in terms of achieving the key Goals of the industry. The research issue is to adapt the SDGs to the current agenda of the national socio-economic development, to identify the role of the public and private sectors in the implementation and financing of these Goals
