The Relationship between Internal Communication and Intention to Turnover, Examining the Mediating Role of Engagement

Most of organizations suffer from the employee turnover which is continuously increasing and in return the whole organization performance is negatively affected. This study aims to test the relationship between internal communications as a dependent construct, and its effect on the intention to turnover, and the role of employee engagement as a mediator. A sample of 550 employees from six Egyptian organizations is used. Findings suggest that Employee engagement mediated the relationship between internal communication and intention to turnover
