The Security of the Dynamic Systems
In a world that is characterized by the globalization phenomenon, the current economic decision-making process is marked by a dynamic and objectively amassed complexity. Besides the ability to forecast the production of certain results, the manager must have at disposal scientifically-supported decisional variants in order to estimate the risk of the adopted strategy. The estimates rely on the available information, on the capacity to assess it, as well as on the manager’s decisional behavior. As to the acknowledgement of the potential perturbations and the consequences of their occurrence, the manager has to analyze various alternatives of action and to choose the alternative that offers the best opportunities, concomitantly with a behavior that inflicts minimum risks.
