The strategy for institutional support for the development of the oil and gas business
The development of the national economy depends largely on the energy and, in particular oil and gas sector. However, the development of oil and gas companies with the potential presence of commodity resources and favorable market is restrained as macroeconomic issues (investment attractiveness, the state fiscal policy, quality of national institutions)problems at the level of individual enterprises (high energy intensity of production, increased wear of fixed assets and so on). In developed industrial countries, the basis for the formation of a competitive economy and innovation development is a small business whose activities are regulated by state institutions through stimulating methods and tools.
