The present study is aimed to study the environment on internal market of the products of Alaks Iran Kish Company and formulate the prioritization of internal marketing strategies. By Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the strategies of product development, penetration in market, market development and homogenous variety were achieved. Finally, the vertical and horizontal relationship of strategies was performed. Then, to implement the strategies, the proposed activities were presented in terms of marketing mix
