Continual improvement (CQI ) is the paradigm on which Total Quality Management is based upon. One of the tolls for its (and latter's) implementation is the W.Edward Demings's PDCA wheel.This work sketches the case for CQI in a humorous and interactive way. PDCA, the wheel, casts a Quality improvement scenario, the planned way without any jerks and bumps, However as variation is inherent in a process, some bumps would obviously be there, how so ever smooth the process may be. The impetus to CQI should help straighten all such roughness with the objectives to scale the summit - the Mount Everest way
