Training in ERP Systems

Case studies and earlier instances reveal that companies have not able been to obtain benefits from ERP implementation due to the lack of proper training. Selecting an effective training method for the employees can improve the chances of achieving a successful ERP implementation, gain competitive advantage and equip the company staff with necessary business skills. In this article, I identify criteria for evaluating existing ERP training methods and present a comparison of these training techniques from this perspective
