Trust Management - The New Way in The Information Society
This article provides insights into the new management concept - trust management. Although trust is inextricably intertwined with management, there is very little systematic investigation of how this construct impacts on business practices. The objective of this article is threefold. Firstly, there are presented reasons behind development of a new theory of trust management. Secondly, there is elucidated its notion and the central role that it plays in management discipline. Thirdly, some directives for trust building in an enterprise are given.
