Understanding the Role of Different Aspects of Job Satisfaction on Emotional Intelligence of Academicians : An Exploratory Outlook

Understanding the sensitive role that being emotionally aware holds specially in context to teaching context, it is important to understand how components of both construct affect overall benefit to the individual and to the organization.The present paper aims to evaluate and relate different aspects of Job Satisfaction and its impact of emotional intelligence From the study it was found that there was high correlation amongst different variables of Job Satisfaction and its component explains the reason of Emotional Intelligence
