Unlocking potential with inclusive employability : The journey of autism inclusion in the workplace
Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings This research paper aimed to understand the perspectives of managers and co-workers on the employment of individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities (AID) in Turkey.
