Vânatul în locurile interzise ca temei de aplicare a art. 233 din Codul penal al Republicii Moldova (Hunting in Forbidden Areas as Grounds for the Application of art. 233 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova)

The exercise of the right to hunt in certain areas can be suppressed (as a result of a full ban) or limited (as a result of a partial ban). The right to hunt in certain places may be limited depending on the type of hunting, the method or the tool applied for the purpose of hunting. The status of a natural area protected by state does not exclude the possibility of hunting in such an area. The regulations regarding the limitation of the right to hunt in the natural areas protected by state have the basic purpose of ensuring the specific biological diversity, as well as the protection and conservation of some areas of natural habitat. Derogation from Law no. 298/2018, which was established by the provisions of the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, will cease to produce its effects at the moment the effects produced by the state of emergency (established by Parliament Decision no. 41/2022 ) cease
