Views on The Nature of Modern Military Conflicts (Погляди на характер сучасних конфліктів)

English abstract: The article presents the views of the authors on the characteristics of modern military conflicts and features of proxy, hybrid, network, privatized wars in terms of identifying features to be analyzed in solving the problem of assessing and forecasting the military-political situation and the possibility of military conflict.Ukrainian abstract: У статті викладаються погляди авторів на характерні риси сучасних воєнних конфліктів та особливості проксі-, гібридних, мережевих, приватизованих війн з погляду визначення ознак, які мають аналізуватися під час вирішення задачі оцінювання і прогнозування воєнно- політичної обстановки, а також можливості виникнення воєнного конфлікту
