Web social en univers gouverné : comment piloter un nuage ?

Beyond the four traditional images of the « 2.0 » pointed out in the literature – 2.0 as platform, many-to-many, community and emergent – we suggest that « rule-governed universes, when adopting 2.0 practices, have to incorporate a new « factory » of collective intelligence. This « factory » associates one-to-one to many-to-many, calls up for collective implication, gives value to a « meta-dimensional organization » and gives value and protection to the individual. In order to « steer the cloud », information systems are key. We propose to consider that a critical stake for IS Managers is to be able to master four levers: steering on a multi-dimensional basis with enriched reference models, managing communities, managing the organization, the access rights and the governance of information, and managing the organizational capabilities.
