This is the introductory chapter to the volume ‘Air Passenger Rights: Ten Years On’. It first places the themes and controversies discussed in the volume into the broader context of the book series ‘EU Law in the Member States’. Second, the chapter provides a summary of the key findings of the individual chapters.
