Where Will Hypertrophied Growth of the Service Sphere in Novosibirsk City and Oblast Lead?

Using a method that they developed, the authors assess the effect of inordinate growth of the service sphere on the production sector of the city of Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk oblast and point out internal growth points. Based on a matrix of connections, they identify sectors that, with proper stimulation, can become an engine for the development of other sectors because of an existing interrelation.
