Z expozé ministra financí ÈR k návrhu státního rozpoètu ÈR na rok 2002

The paper presents a shortened version of Finance Minister Jiri Rusnok’s addresses to the lower house of the Czech Parliament in which he sketched the main macroeconomic, political and financial assumptions of the government’s 2002 state budget proposal. As the government’s proposal was approved by the lower house in the second reading, we include both the minister’s presentations.
