A regular multidistance among fuzzy numbers
Molinari, Franco - Dipartimento di Economia e Management, Università … - 2013
We consider the family of multi-argument functions called multidistances, which capture the idea of distance for collections of more than two points in a metric space. Usually multidistances are defined among crisp objects. In this note we propose a multidistance defined among fuzzy numbers...

About arithmetic-geometric multidistances.
Molinari, Franco - Dipartimento di Informatica e Studi Aziendali, … - 2011
In a previous paper (see [7] ) we considered the family of multi-argument functions called multidistances, introduced in some recent papers (see [1]-[6]) by J.Martin and G.Mayor , which extend to n-dimensional ordered lists of elements the usual concept of distance between a couple of points in...

The pricing kernel and the Black-Scholes formula.
Molinari, Franco - Dipartimento di Informatica e Studi Aziendali, … - 2009
This note provides an introduction to the pricing kernel methodology for financial derivatives. In order to illustrate the pricing kernel approach we apply it to the Black and Scholes model and obtain the famous Black and Scholes formula for the fair price of an European call option.
