Supply Function Equilibria Always Exist
Anderson, Edward - Business School, University of Sydney - 2011
Supply function equilibria are used in the analysis of divisible good auctions with a large number of identical objects to be sold or bought. An important example occurs in wholesale electricity markets. Despite the substantial literature on supply function equilibria the existence of a pure...

Dynamic Controllability with Overlapping targets: A Generalization of the Tinbergen-Nash Theory of Economic Policy
Di Bartolomeo, Giovanni; Acocella, Nicola; Hallett, … - 2005
We generalize some recent results developed in static policy games with multiple players, to a dynamic context. We find that the classical theory of economic policy can be usefully applied to a strategic context of difference games: if one player satisfies the Golden Rule, then either all other...

3-player repeated games with lack of information on one side
Renault, Jérôme - Université Paris-Dauphine (Paris IX) - 2001
We study the existence of uniform equilibria for three-player repeated games with lack of information on one side and perfect observation. If there are only two states of nature, a completely revealing or a joint plan equilibrium always exists. This is not the case for larger spaces of states.

On Two-Player Repeated Games with Lack of Information on One Side and State-Independent Signalling
Renault, Jérôme - Université Paris-Dauphine (Paris IX) - 2000
We consider two-person undiscounted repeated games with lack of information on one side and state-independent signalling and prove the existence of a "joint plan" uniform equilibrium.
