New information and communication technologies offer the governments with new possibilities for providing citizens and businesses with timely 1 and perceived net benefit are valid measures of eGovernment systems success. In terms of user characteristics 1 are increasingly interacting with governments through government-to-citizen (G2C) systems. It is 1 efficient and cost- effective services. People 1 especially in the developed world 1 important to identify success factors for G2C eGovernment systems from the citizens’ perspective. Based on Wang and Liao’s IS success model 1 service quality 1 system quality 1 the results show that the user age is only factor that affects the success of eGovernment systems 1 therefore 1 this study investigates the factors that affects the success of G2C systems from the citizens’ perspective. Data collected from 149 users of eGovernment gateway in Bahrain were analyzed. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression were used to examine the relationship between different success factors.
