On a Markov Game with One-Sided Incomplete Information
Horner, Johannes; Rosenberg, Dinah; Solan, Eilon; … - Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics, Yale University - 2009
We apply the average cost optimality equation to zero-sum Markov games, by considering a simple game with one-sided incomplete information that generalizes an example of Aumann and Maschler (1995). We determine the value and identify the optimal strategies for a range of parameters.

Private Information in Sequential Common-Value Auctions
Hörner, Johannes; Jamison, Julian - 2006
We study an in.nitely-repeated .rst-price auction with common values. Initially, bid-ders receive independent private signals about the objects. value, which itself does not change over time. Learning occurs only through observation of the bids. Under one-sided incomplete information, this...

Belief-free equilibria in games with incomplete information: characterization and existence
Lovo, Stefano; Tomala, Tristan; Hörner, Johannes - HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales) - 2009
In this paper, the authors characterize belief-free equilibria in infinitely repeated games with incomplete information with N \ge 2 players and arbitrary information structures. This characterization involves a new type of individual rational constraint linking the lowest equilibrium payoffs...

Belief-free equilibria in games with incomplete information
Stefano, LOVO - HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales) - 2007
We de ne belief-free equilibria in two-player games with incomplete information as se- quential equilibria for which players' continuation strategies are best-replies, after every history, independently of their beliefs about the state of nature. We characterize a set of payos that includes all...
