First PEGNet Workshop Poverty Reduction, Equity, and Growth: New Issues and Findings
CONFERENCE THEME
The Pro-Poor-Growth literature has provided important insights into the relationship between poverty, growth and inequality. We are interested in papers that help policy makers under-stand why poverty persists and how to increase the participation of poor households in growth and accelerate poverty reduction. These include issues related to policies and constraints at the macro, sectoral and micro level as well as methodological issues.
