IMISCOE Workshop on QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH ON TRENDS IN MIGRANT ENTREPRENEURSHIP: WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THE SECOND GENERATION?
The workshop seeks to shed some light on the aspects mentioned above and invites researchers to submit papers with both quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches. The participation of researchers from countries with different immigration histories, immigration stages and regulatory frameworks on immigration and citizenship will allow for a cross-country comparison among the entrepreneurial propensity of 1st and 2nd generation immigrants as well as with that of natives, their human and social capital endowments and the strategies used.
