One of the main tasks of commerce enterprises is active participation in thedistribution chain. This is related to striving at adjustment of the offer of the firm toconsumers’ demands.

The paper presents problems of procurement and supply materials to power plants in case of merger of a few plant in one power concern. The author present the analysis of present situation and proposals of supply reorganization considering technical and organizational problems.

Analysis worked out in enterprises of PKE (the Southern Energy Concern) shows the importance of the activities taken in order to reorganization of supply management are also important part of the work. Finally, some threats in transport development are shown.
