The goal of this workshop is to bring together macroeconomists to discuss current research frontiers on a regular basis. Applications from economists from all Europe-based institutions are welcomed in all fields of macroeconomics. Theoretical and empirical contributions are equally welcome.

The onjective of the conference is to discuss recent academic contributions to the economics of Intellectual Property, and of the Software and Internet Industries, whether theoretical, econometric, experimental or policy oriented.

Economists and professionals working in related fields are invited to submit theoretical and applied papers in all areas of economics for presentation at the Congress. All participants at EEA-ESEM 2014 must be a member of the European Economic Association or the Econometric Society.
