ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННОГО ПРОЦЕССА И ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК ЗАНЯТОСТИ В ЭКОНОМИКЕ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ

The author analyses the structural characteristics of employment, among which the most meaningful are its flexibility or rigidity. On the basis of the identified type of employment in domestic economics she studies the influence that the investment process has on it; the influence is estimated by analyzing a number of relevant criteria. The article also examines the development options for Russian economics through the specifics of the investment process as a factor of keeping the rigidity of employment the same or changing it.
