Проаналізовано підходи до розуміння стратегічного процесу підприємства. Розглянуто прескриптивну форму стратегічного процесу, особливості її реалізації на підприємстві, виявлено її негативні і позитивні риси. Визначено основні характеристики прескриптивної форми стратегічного процесу підприємства.Introduction of the system of strategic management on an enterprise requires understanding its supporting processes. The construction of strategic process requires knowledge of the basic forms of its existence. After the traditional approach the strategy is formed as the result of conscious development, after which its realization takes place. On the basis of this approach a strategic process, which has a prescriptive form, is created. The majority of enterprises, which intend to be managed strategically, set up (or do attempts to set up) exactly such form of the strategic process for themselves. One of the strategic dilemmas is a choice between prescriptive and descriptive forms of the strategic process. The feature of the prescriptive form of the strategic process is a conscious method of creating the strategy. The approaches to understanding the strategic process of an enterprise are analyzed. The prescriptive form of the strategic process and the peculiarities of its realization on an enterprise are examined, its negative and positive features are revealed. The basic characteristics of the prescriptive form of the strategic process of an enterprise are defined.
