В данной работе производится исследование влияния межбюджетных трансфертов на уровень жизни населения, в результате чего были сделаны ценные выводы относительно эффективности использования этого фискального инструмента при определении мер политики, направленной на борьбу с бедностью и снижение межрегиональной дифференциации уровня бедности в стране. Кроме этого, был проведен анализ косвенного влияния межбюджетных трансфертов на бедность, что в свою очередь позволило понять механизм связи между увеличением объема трансфертов из центрального бюджета и сокращением уровня бедности в регионе, благодаря чему были сформированы некоторые представления о политике, направленной на снижение уровня региональной бедности.In this paper we study the influence of inter-budget made transfers to the standard of living of the population, resulting in valuable conclusions have been made about the effectiveness of using this tool in the fiscal definition of policies aimed at combating poverty and reducing regional disparities in poverty in the country.
