В монографии рассматриваются проблемы развития института государственно-частного партнерства, как на федеральном, так и на региональном уровне в условиях реализации стратегической задачи инновационного обновления экономики. Исследуется специфика отношений собственности, контрактных отношений и использования земельных ресурсов в рамках партнерства государства и бизнеса. На основании обобщения результатов исследования российской деловой практики и анализа эффективности функционирования различных форм ГЧП за рубежом, обосновываются предложения по активизации роли государственно-частного партнерства в инновационном развитии экономики, в ускорении модернизации отраслей народного хозяйства, обеспечении конкурентоспособности и экономического роста регионов России. <P> The monograph considers the problems of the development of the Institute of state-private partnership, both at the Federal and at the regional level in the context of the implementation of the strategic objectives of innovative renewal of economy. The authors examine relations of ownership specifics, contractual relations and management of land resources in the framework of the partnership of the state and business. On the basis of summarizing the results of the research of Russian business practices and the analysis of efficiency of functioning of different forms of public-private partnership abroad, grounded proposals on stirring up the role of public-private partnership in the innovation development of the economy, accelerating the modernization of branches of the national economy, competitiveness and economic growth of Russian regions.
