ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЯК ІНТЕГРОВАНИЙ РЕЗУЛЬТАТ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ КОМПОНЕНТІВ УПРАВЛІННЯ

У статті розглянуто поняття «ефект», «ефективність» та їх вплив на управління підприємством. Досліджено схожість та відмінність понять. Також розглянуто термін «ефективність управління». Встановлено шляхи досягнення ефективного управління, вимоги до показників ефективності та їх види. Визначено проблеми, пов’язані з ефективністю управління у сучасних умовах. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінських процесів.The article discusses the concept of "effect", "efficiency" and their impact on business management. Given morphological analysis of these concepts, established the similarities and differences between them. For example: the effect the result, a consequence of any action, efficiency-choosing the right goals. But of the many definitions of the effect and efficiency can only talk about the absence of a unified approach to their determination. Results and effectiveness of managerial work include the potential of employees, their ability to perform certain work. In the management process used: human, material, informational and financial resources, and depending on how skillfully and purposefully used, achieve a particular outcome. But do not forget that an important factor in the effectiveness of management is to increase the qualifications of the personnel manager, and well-chosen production strategy will provide the desired volume of sales and the corresponding profit.
