The author examines major economic agents, the procedures and characteristics of their interaction, as well as factors which exert their influence on the operation of a company amidst a market system with due account for today's globalization trends. Moreover the author analyses macroeconomic policy factors and their influence upon operation of companies, and examines the interaction of processes and phenomena of random nature which enhance an economic agent's activities.
