ОСОБЕННОСТИ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ И РАЗВИТИЯ АДВОКАТУРЫ И АДВОКАТСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ В РОССИИ В ПЕРИОД XV-XX ВВ

Статья освещает особенности, предшествующие становлению русской адвокатуры начало формирования присяжной адвокатуры, содержит информацию о первых упоминаниях о судебном представительстве в старейших памятниках древней Руси Русской правде X-XII веков и договорах с греками. Изложены так же особенности судебной реформы 1864 года, положившей начало присяжной адвокатуре. Выявлены сложности, стоящие на пути зарождения и развития института адвокатуры, определены принципы организации и деятельности адвокатуры в процессе ее становления.The Article presents the features preceding formation of Russian legal profession the beginning of formation of legal profession, informs of the first references of judicial representation in the oldest monuments of the ancient Russia the Russian truth of X-XII centuries and contracts with Greeks. The peculiarities of judiciary reform of 1864 that marked the beginning of legal profession are presented. The obstacles in way of origin and development of the institute of legal profession are revealed, the principles of organisation and activity of legal profession during its formation are defined.
