В  последнее  десятилетие  значительно  вырос  интерес  к  процессу  кластеризации  и  сопутствующему  ему  региональному  развитию. Общепризнано,  что  технологические  изменения  лежит  в  основе  мировой  экономики,  а  географическое  положение  и  концентрация имеют первостепенное значение для регионального развития и конкурентных преимуществ. В связи с появлением новых технологий и знаний, некоторые бизнес-процессы приводят заинтересованные стороны в динамический кластер, который, как полагают, усиливает конкуренцию  и  региональное  развитие.  В  настоящее  время  экономики  большинства  развитых  стран  использую  кластерную  модель развития, представляющую надежное средство конкурентной борьбы, так как ведет к росту финансирования, укрепления авторитета, к увеличению рынков сбыта. В статье рассматриваются методы создания биофармацевтических кластеров на основе оценке основных подходов к формированию и развитию социально-экономической стратегии региона. Анализ конкурентных преимуществ. Приводится утверждение о том что, создание кластеров в регионе выступает одним из эффективных механизмов повышения конкурентоспособности региона и обеспечения устойчивых темпов его экономического развития. Отражена взаимосвязь устойчивого развития региональных экономических кластеров и региональных рынков. In the last decade considerably interest to process of a clustering and regional development accompanying it grew. It is conventional that technological changes is cornerstone of world economy, and the geographical position and concentration have paramount value for regional development and competitive advantages. Due to the emergence of new technologies and the knowledge, some business processes bring interested parties into a dynamic cluster which as believe, strengthens the competition and regional development. Now economy of the majority of the developed countries I use the cluster model of development representing a well-tried remedy of competitive fight as conducts to growth of financing, authority strengthenings, to increase in sales markets. In article methods of creation of biopharmaceutical clusters on a basis to an assessment of the main approaches to formation and development of social and economic strategy of the region are considered. Analysis of competitive advantages. The statement about that that is provided, creation of clusters in the region acts as one of effective mechanisms of increase of competitiveness of the region and ensuring steady rates of its economic development. The interrelation of a sustainable development of regional economic clusters and the regional markets is reflected.
