ОЦЕНКА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ОБУЧЕНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛА (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ОАО «СИБНЕФТЬ-ОМСКНЕФТЕПРОДУКТ»)

This article devotes to the different classifications of indicators which are used to evaluate the results of personnel training. The method of economical efficiancy calculation based on the basis indirect and monosample indicators is presented.
