ОЦіНКА УМОВ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ПіДПРИєМНИЦЬКОї ДіЯЛЬНОСТі В УКРАїНі НА ОСНОВі МіЖНАРОДНИХ РЕЙТИНГіВ

Стаття присвячена дослідженню умов ведення бізнесу в Україні на основі вивчення та аналізу рейтингових показників, представлених у щорічних звітах проекту Світового банку та Міжнародної фінансової корпорації «Ведення бізнесу» за 2011 – 2013 роки. В роботі проведено аналіз динаміки показників за тематичними категоріями та представлено оцінку позитивних або негативних зрушень у регулюванні підприємницького середовища в УкраїніThe article is devoted to research of business conduct in Ukraine on the basis of study and analysis of ratings indexes, presented in the annual reports of project of the World bank and International financial corporation «Doing business» for 2011 – 2013 years. The analysis of dynamics of indexes is in-process conducted on thematic categories among which the best and worst positions of Ukraine are selected in rating. It is set that Ukraine occupies the greatest positions in categories «getting credit» and «enforcing contracts», here in categories «paying taxes» and « dealing with construction permits » minimum values have ratings of Ukraine. In the article the estimation of positive or negative changes is presented in adjusting of enterprise environment in Ukraine on being in 2013. In spite of some improvements, on the whole position of Ukraine in the international ratings is low enough, that requires the further improvement of terms of conduct of business in our country, continuations of reforms in a tax sphere and sphere of bankruptcy of enterprise.
