In the economical literature the control of a labour market through policies of economical behavior of the workers is not esteemed, then, as our researches have demonstrated, what exactly such approach is most effective from the point of view of economies of state resources in an orb of seizure. Our concept is grounded on a capability of control of policies of economical behavior of the workers on a labour market. However, there are problems of a terminological determinancy, that the concept introduces the new approach to research and control of a labour market.
