ПОДХОДЫ К ОЦЕНКЕ СИНЕРГИЧЕСКОГО ЭФФЕКТА В СДЕЛКАХ ПО СЛИЯНИЯМ И ПОГЛОЩЕНИЯМ КОМПАНИЙ

The article investigates the problems of achieving synergy gains in mergers and acquisitions and treats synergy as a reason for concluding of such deals and as a component of investment value of the target company. The author also performs analysis of the two different approaches to synergy valuation (and valuation of present value of new strategies), their benefits and drawbacks, based on numerical data.
