ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ И ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ РОССИИ И БЕЛАРУСИ

The author considers the reasons for the integration tendency between the Russian Federation and Belarus Republic; he analyses the advantages for the countries in case the Union State is created, as well as the major problems of the integration process. The factors which can provide more effective performance of the Union State are estimated.
