В статье рассмотрены отличительные черты круизного судоходства как составляющей круизного туризма, установлены признаки, определяющие место круизов в видовой структуре туризма, показана взаимосвязь ресурсов, потребностей и функций в круизном туризме. Исследованы особенности функционирования круизной туристской индустрии и выявлены проблемы в её развитии, причинно-следственные связи которых с целью детализации представлены по методу «диаграммы Исикавы» в виде «рыбьего скелета».The article justified the need for the development of the domestic cruise market, it established the principal features of cruise shipping, which distinguishing it from the passenger line, that include: the motivation of travel, the social composition of the passengers, the range of services offered by the passenger, the design features of ships and term of swimming. Considered industry-specific cruise shipping, that suggest the inclusion of the cruise product with a wide range of different services: lodging, food, transportation, recreation, etc. Revealed signs that determine the place of cruises in the specific structure of tourism, showed the relationship of resources, needs and functions in the cruise tourism. The features were function cruise tourism industry and found problems in its development, cause-and-effect relationships, which presented for the purpose of detailing the method of "Ishikawa diagram" in the form of a "fishbone"
