РАЗВИТИЕ МАРКЕТИНГОВОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ СИСТЕМЫ НА РЫНКЕ НЕДВИЖИМОСТИ
The author proves the need to improve the marketing information system on the property market, in particular as far as housing market is concerned due to its rapid development. The article includes the results of a questionnaire survey conducted by the author among the dwellers of St. Petersburg in 2006-2008; these results reflect the type of information that a consumer needs depending on the demand for housing and the conditions of its purchase.
